In the workshop, you will prepare a pitch for a tech company specializing in cloud integration and digital transformation through data, infrastructure, and application modernization with the aim of winning the sell-side mandate for the sale of this company.
You will receive an information package, similar to ones we typically receive. This will contain information about the company, financials, the market environment and comparable transactions.
Your task will be to draft a pitch, which shall include information on the (i) equity story, (ii) buyer universe, (iii) market dynamics & valuation, and (iv) process design. You will bring this to paper and at the end of the workshop pitch it to Lincoln bankers, who will give you feedback.
The event will conclude with an informal networking session, including food and drinks!
